Strange noises after you turn the car off V2 WITH VIDEO

I made a video in which you can clearly hear the sound I'm talking about. It sounds to be coming from under the air box.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks

Sounds like the brake vacuum pump. Normally it comes on when you press the brake pedal but it souldnt be that loud.

Just to remind everyone. This happens after you shut off the car.
