How do they work? Mine don't come on when I have the windshield wipers on. Do you need to be moving at a certain speed or is there a switch to turn them on? Once again, please forgive my ignorance as I am new to Volvo's and have never owned a vehicle with wipers on the headlights. It's not that big of an issue, I was just curious.

I wondered the same thing about mine. They work when you use the windshield washer. Pull up to a light colored wall/garage door, turn on your windshield washer and you will see the sweep of the wiper against the headlight.
