i was wondering is it hard to replace the cirucit board underneath the dash? thanks

Do you want to replace one of the shims or the entire CEM?

If it is the CEM the Dealer has to program it or the car won't run.

oh well my car keeps on burning out the head light shim well not totally burn it out but i have to wiggle it around to get my headlight to work

Try cleaning the connections really good and closing them a little in the Cem.
That should help some.
