Default Throttle body angle at idle

Hello,
today I took off throttle body.

It's Magneti Mareli unit with mutiple numbers on it.
410CCZ55G
06W221203
8644347 <-- this looks like Volvo number
65CCFM-2
AH.0012381.E

What I wanted to ask is:
Is this normal that throttle is opened so much when "closed"?
Upper semicircle white line is light from other side... Approx 1mm wide.

I'm trying to deal with RPMs jumping around at idle. Not every time, but it sometimes it happens.
Throttle body looked clean.
Big intake hose below was damn dirty from outside. Inside clean to my eye.
Throttle body was installed new OEM before 6 years. Previous owner paid 900$ for it + installation.

Hi, Yes it seems normal regarding opening and closing.

Plus there may be multiple reason

1. PCV Clogged
2. Need to clean Hoses
3. Need to clean MAF
4. Check Air Filter
5. Check Fuel Filter
6. Throttle body needs cleaning which seems you already done.

I got the same issue but when I done with all these check ups and cleaning...its done. Good Luck
