Default Throttle body cleaning advice needed

My 99 S80 T6 (187K miles) no longer starts on the first turn of the key in the morning. After that it is just fine. The throttle body has never been touched since it was replaced under recall many years ago.

To anyone who has done this job, any advice?

Looks like removing the cooling fan is a great way to get some more space. Besides air intake piping, anything else I will need to remove?

Thanks.

Before you tear into the ETM, you might want to check your fuel pressure.
