Troubleshoot AC for 2008 Volvo S80 T6

Any advice on troubleshooting AC.\? Blowing Hot air, checked Freon, looks charged.

I need help with this too. I checked all fuses. I found that on the A/C relay that I get only 3.55 volts on pin #1 with the AC on. But off of fuse 33 I get 13 volts. Supposedly that fuse supplies the power to pin#1 and there is nothing in between. I am stumped at this point.

The 3.2 has a compressor displacement valve that commonly goes bad - many threads on this site about it. Or google Volvo compressor displacement valve
