Does anyone have any advice on how to upgrade the entire sound system in a 2001 Volvo S80. I'd like to put in a new radio, speakers, an amp, a couple subs? Is this even possible??

 

It is possible but will take time and some money to get it done.

 

First, you would need a dash kit similar to this: Dash Kit
Then, you would need a wiring harness and maybe an antenna adaptor.

Once you have all of these parts, you can visit www.crutchfield.com and find compatible stereos. Kenwood makes really good products.

 

Let a pro do it for you. It'll cost a lot more, but it will be done nice and it will look sharp!

 

i did that setup, Speakers, 2 amps(1 for speakers and 1 for subs), 2 subs, cleansweep(allows you to keep your head unit stock, and smoothen the signal out that deck gives out) and cap.
