vacuum/air leak?

Default vacuum/air leak?
the accordion style tube at the bottom of my brake peddle hisses air out when i release the brake.
What can the cause of this be, and is it easily fixed? There is no noticeable tear or crack in the tubing.

The brake booster is bad and needs to be replaced.
