Default Ventilation Stopped Blowing

I have 2005 S80 2.5T. Climate control system was working just fine this morning, but on the return trip it was not working at all. The display ***** and controls still light up, but no fan and nothing is blowing out of the vents. I checked my fuse (#3 on the inside box) and I couldn't find anything blown. All other systems in the car work normal still.

Any suggestions? Hoping it's an easy part I can replace on my own.

Sorry I didn't see this quicker. Sounds like the blower resistor to me. Mine went about 4 years ago. https://www.ipdusa.com/Catalog/Index...wer%20resistor
Can you do it? Most likely. Is it easy? Not really. Difficult to get to and as I recall there is one bolt that requires a flexible shaft on your driver or wrench. You can get a stiff neck, sore back, etc but really just follow the numerous youtube videos. 3 hours-ish.
Big question you have to ask is if you want to replace the blower motor/fan while you have it out. I decided that I didn't want to be half in/half out of the car with my torso twisted like a pretzle any time soon again so I did mine.
