Default Climate Control Fuse

So after getting caught in a torrential downpour, my climate control fan stopped working (won't come on for heat or AC) but green light on center control panel for climate control comes on. Sure sounds like fan motor fuse, right? Owners manual says climate control fan fuse is #11, 40 amp, lower engine compartment fuse box. I get there and.... no fuse in the socket. So, owners manual is wrong. Any help? 2009 volvo s80 Turbo.

On the diagram 6/28 is the fan, 4/31 is the fan controller powered by fuse 11 in the b fusebox. Vida or a compatible scan tool should be used first before randomly replacing parts - I've replaced a few fan controllers on that style climate system - they are not easy to get to.

They (Volvi) actually moved that fuse. Its now below the entire engine compartment fuse box. And it was good. Motor itself was bad. Replaced. Warning, a special volvo tool is needed to replace that fan motor.

Has anyone the location that fuse #11 has moved to. I'm having the same issue with fans not switching off even when the car is switched off. Location 11 which should have a 40 amp fuse is empty. Volvo XC60 2015
