Default Volvo project is pumping out too much fuel!!

Hello everyone

I'm at it again, decided to give the white Volvo S80 another go...

That being said im I glad I decided not to throw in the towel. After tinkering with it all day , I found out that it seems like it's pumping out too much fuel (fuel is in the oil again), it has a bad turbo (s) which I have 2 that were included among the other extra parts that came with the car and it seems to be draining the battery fast when trying to start it. (New battery) the compression numbers are pretty good especially the ones with the working turbo it's a twin turbo. After doing some reading seems like a maybe a bad fuel pressure regulator ,but I'm not sure. Did anyone else have this problem . Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
