Hi all

I Have a Volvo S80 T6 Triptronic, and i was wondering if any knows if it would be possible to apply paddle shift to this.

My idea is that the tiptronic must have 2 or more switches so if i was to bypass these up to the steering wheel and attach them to some kind of paddle shift sytem.........

Basicly dose anyone know if this would work ???????

Im not sure if it will work or not.The panel on the shifter assembly with the indicator is connected to the computer system of the car.

They make an aftermarket paddle shifter kit. If the car already has a manumatic provision, then you can impliment their kit easily. If not then you will have to use an external computer to work with the paddle kit. http://www.powertraincontrolsolutions.com is a company that makes such a kit.

My goal this year is a nice V70/850 Turbo wagon with paddle shifting.
