my 99 S80 T6 will not start. The key will not even turn past the first notch in the ignition. The steering wheel lock isn't on, it is in park...I have no idea what it could be except for a new ignition or something. Any ideas? thanks...

 

Sometimes the key will lock up if the steering wheel is in the wrong position. Try turning the steering wheel to see if that unlocks it.

 

If not then the lock cylinder assembly is bad.
