I just replaced my 2011 S80 3.2 Inscription for the 2017 S90 T5 Inscription. I've been playing with it and pretty much figured out the settings function on the awesome display, and believe me it is quite the setup. One thing has me going though and that is how to turn off the Start/Stop (Stop/Start???) function permanently. It is annoying (nuisance??), especially in rush hour traffic. I've gone through the internet and I asked the dealer, but didn't get very far. Best I could find was I have to turn it off each time I start the car. I'm still looking, but thought one of you may know.

Does your S90 have a drive mode selector? Dynamic mode disables Start/Stop.
