Front end noise/vibration
I have a ‘98 S90 with 140k and a problem I’m having trouble diagnosing. I have a vibration (at steering wheel) that increases with speed, but also front end noise when turning in reverse, almost like a bad CV joint. I did find a sticking caliper and broken sway bar link- replaced each and had the wheels balanced. The vibration and noise in reverse are still there. I didn’t notice any play in the wheels when I serviced the brakes, and also don’t have any associated wheel bearing noise at speed. I’m still thinking new hub assemblies, but trying to make sure that’s it before throwing money at some. Any thoughts?
