Hi,
I bought a new XC 90 late last year. I have found the steering wheel is very difficult to control. It does not spontaneously return to neutral position and often over-steering in a sharp turn. There were many times the car almost ran to the other side of the road. I took the car to the Volvo service in Adelaide 3 times. The problem was acknowledged, but I was told that was how Volvo made the car and nothing can be done about it. I wonder if it is a general problem for XC90 or just an isolated problem for my car.

 

You might want a second opinion from somewhere else. Could be many things...
