S90 Electronic Issues

Hi,

I recently bought a 2018 S90 D5 Inscription Pro and I was wondering if someone can help me with the following electronic issues?

The power windows don't work when the ignition is on "I" (start button is turned once for a short time). They only work if the ignition is in "II" (rotate the start button and hold 5 sec) or the engine is running.
I use the USB port that has a white rectangle for charging my android phone and use android auto. However, sometimes the port doesn't work even after starting the car. I noticed that if I plug the phone before infotainment system is initialised, I don't get any power from the USB throughout the journey.
From time to time, I hear a water rushing noise from the fans, and it sounds like there is air in the water. I've recorded two videos(it is not very noisy, but I couldn't record it when it is noisy).
