Default Turn Signal Problem...

Hi all,

My mom has a 98 S90, and it's blinkers are not working. With the key on, the indicator on the dash for the right signal stays lit. It is not flashing, but lit all the time. The lever for the signals doesn't do a thing. The hazard switch doesn't do anything either.

Now with the key off, the hazards can be turned on and off.

Any thoughts? I'm pretty confused....

Have you checked the 960 section? They are the same car.

Replace the front turn signal bulbs. The contacts gets flattened and mess up the system.

Check the relay for the turn signals. My S90 does this if I leave my turn signals on to long.

Default Turn signal works then stays solid

My turn signals work for about 10-12 blinks, then stays solid. I have tried to locate the signal flasher, but cannot find the flasher. Any help in locating the flasher would be appreciated.

The flasher is part of the hazard switch. The thing is about 6 inches long.
