V90 T4 2019 - slight vibrations on steering wheel
Hello Everyone!
English is not my native language, so sorry in advance for any grammar/vocabular mistakes. Feel free to point them out
I have a beautiful 2019 V90 T4 (2.0 197HP) and I love driving this car. However, I have an issue nobody else seems to notice, not to mention fix it. I decided to ask on the forum, however, there are no good forums in Poland, so here I am
I took my car to a mechanic to fix geometry on the wheels - steering wheel was a little bit tilted to the right, and the car had a tendency to drag to the right side. Simple stuff. The mechanics did not have my model in their machine's database, so without my consent they decided to not do the geometry, but to "only straighten the steering wheel" - until today I have no idea what they actually did. Volvo mechanic told me the control bolts which you use to set geometry and toe were untouched. They did so without re-calibrating the Steering Angle Sensor, so car suddenly started to handle very badly. I managed to fix the geometry and SAS with official Volvo mechanic, but there is still one more thing that persists after this initial mechanic visit.
Since I bought my car I felt like steering wheel was realy stiff and solid and I felt virtually nothing besides some heavy potholes etc. Now I think like I feel every smallest road bumps, bass from the music, engine when I rev up. Those vibrations are not very big, but enough to make me think about it all the time. Feels like holding a vibrating cell phone. What I checked/did:
-Geometry
-SAS calibration
-Rim straightening
-New tires
-New original front right upper control arm (there was some play in the old one)
-Another geometry + SAS calibration after above changes
All this to no avail. Everybody around me tells me I am just oversensitive, however, I remeber the way this car was handling before and it's not the same anymore. I keep feeling it all the time - no matter the speed or surface. I don't feel anything only when not in motion.
Any suggestions would be very much welcome.
Thank you all in advance

A few months ago, one of my front tires started losing air. Found out it was due to a slight crack in the wheel, probably from encountering a pot hole at some point. I brought the wheel to a shop that specializes in this repair. In addition to fixing the crack, they also checked the roundness of the wheel. Turns out that where the wheel had cracked, it had become very slight out of round. When I got the car back, the first thing I noticed was the absence of the very slight vibration that I had felt from the steering wheel the past few months. Also, on the highway, it was slightly more quiet. Even if you inspect your wheels and don't find any cracks, after hitting potholes, some could be slightly out of round.
