Hello everyone! Has anyone else had the same problem as I and how did you fix it?

Whenever i try to open the tailgate, it moves a little bit but stays at the same place. It needs little help lifting up or otherwise it stays at the bottom unlocked. When pressing close button it works like a wonder and closes fully.
What may cause this issue? Electric motor issue?
