Alright so I have a Volvo S90 1998 and the windshield wipers don't move back and forth, I pulled up the paneling and there is some type of pulley system down here and one of the the pulley on the driver side is off I'm not sure how to fix it or if I have to replace the whole thing. Can provide pics
