Thought Id write a little reveiw on the ownership of my v40. Ive only had it a month and done about 100miles.

Heres some of the small touches I like about the car
The glove box
on board computer
heater mirrors
great rear end traction
mirrors fold in
alarm
boot access is great
doors seem light
ride is smooth
luggage net in boot
luggage belt in boot
Lots of intelegant interior lights
air con
pulling performance is good. (I have a 2.0 113bhp ford sierra saphire its lighter and handles better partly as its rear wheel drive but the volvo is more economical a lot smoother/quiter and probably a little quicker in straight line.)
fuel econimy is really good
Seat belt comes from seat so dont have to struggle to find it
traction of line in wet is pretty good
location off controls
interia is easy to clean
Dash parts are removable with out to much effort

Heres some off my dislikes

The clicking noise that tells you the seat belt is not plugged in
handleing in wet or when pushed (under steer)
front passenger seat, head restraint does not come off
if you fold down the rear seat 60% side it hits on the drivers seat
front passenger seat does not fold that far forward
High level brake light has needed rewiring
light have been messed with (dont know why)
reverse light switch has failed
being red its faded
Quite a mission to change a driveing light bulb
do not like the fact that the boot board does not remove from boot easily seems to be hinged

I may add more Later.

what would you other v40 owners like to add.
