2000 v40 low beam failure

2000 v40 low beam failure
Have a 2000 v40. Both low beams went out at the same time (I think). High beams still work. Bulbs and fuses are fine. Been reading that it may be a low beam relay. Where do I find the low beam relay (in the fuse box?) and how do I check it. Any other suggestions are appreciated.
