I have a 2000 v40 1.9t that frequently will not start. ive done smoke tests and found no vacuum leaks replaced the maf and temp sensor. fuel is getting to rail and im getting spark. if im persistent i can get it to misfire to a start and then it gets going, but once it's started i can shut it off and it will start right back up! and then other days it fires right up first try! any suggestions??
