Got into my car today and the engine wouldn't crank. Noticed the orange arrow flashes continuously when the key is on. Nothing happens when they key is turned to the start position and I have no power to the starter. The battery is fine. I hooked up a scanner and it doesn't communicate with the engine computer but it will with the trans side of the computer.

I tried my spare key. No luck.
I'm guessing I need to have the computer reprogrammed.
