Hi!
I have a 2002 volvo v40 gasoline engine, california car.
It have a check engine light on.
I read the code with an obdii scanner and
i got: P0128.
Coolant temperature
below thermostat
resulting temperature...

What do that means?
Should i flush the radiator, change the thermostat and refill the radiator with 50/50 coolant?
Or it is something else?
Any information will be appreciated.
