Default 2007 s40 t5 persistent oil leak

Hi gang, I purchased my Volvo at 131k mi with a preexisting oil leak at the cam and crank seals. The dealer was required to repair the leak and claimed to have remedied the leak in may, except he hadn't. In late July (and about 5k miles later) evidence of the leak resurfaced and I pushed for answers from the dealer. It turns out that the dealer failed to fully repair the faulty seals and because he didn't possess the proper can pull tool, he outsourced the job to another shop. The job was performed today, but there is still oil spitting from the crank seal on the passenger side wheel well and it's driving me insane!

both timing and serpentine belts were replaced during this last repair, the water pump was replaced during the first (may) repair.

My t5 is manual, in seemingly good shape despite the pissing oil.

Please send advice

Are these Volvo dealers or independent shops doing the work?

Do they have the correct seal installers?

I would suggest a dealership, especially if the place you bought it from is paying.

Also make sure the PCV system is good.

the shop that the initial dealer selected, performed the job and it is still dipping oil. Should I avoid returning to the shop to resolve this issue?
