Default Coolan tank empty

Hi im new to the forum..im from costa rica and have zero knowledge in mechanics..nevertheless i still want to report several issues im experiencing with my 2014 v40cc t4 (115k km) and determine if someone else is experiencing the same.

1. two years ago my coolant tank melted...a hole in the bottom...i went to the dealership and problem solved
2. Two months ago while going to the beach on the highway (average speed 100 km per h) the car suddenly stopped..
Took it to the dealership and they told me it was a the turbo connection (hose? )..it had a small hole (long black hose)..changed it but one week later the problem resurfaced...took it to the dealership again
3. After 3 weeks trying to diagnose the problem the head mechanic at the dealership received instructions from sweden (he didnt know what the problem was) to change the motor unit ( 1900 dollars) and the spark plugs. Problem solved for 3 weeks
4. Two weeks ago the check engine light went on..took it to the dealership (again) Diagnosis: ABS brake sensor is not working..changed it. Problem solved (120dollars)
5. Yesterday i took my family to a trip...very steep road..going from 1200 meters above sea level to 2500 meters...not going fast but definitely high engine load...
at the top the mountain smoke started coming out the hood..the stop safely low coolant level warning went on..
The coolant tank was empty and after three hours in the middle of nowhere i managed to get some coolant..i refilled the tank and went home...after two hours, a couple of miles before my house the coolant level warning went on again
Tomorow im taking the car to the dealership but i managed to visit a web page (volvohowto) and in one post they report a recall from 2018 affecting several models..They report that there could be a coolant leakage and that the coolant bypass valve should be modified and the exhaust manifold gasket changed...
I need your help to determine if my car is affected by this recall..my vin number is YV1MZ485BE2027033..i cant seem to determine the sequence
The cars affected and a description of the problem below..
If you can offer a bit of insight..anything is welcomed..
