Hello,

Daughter's car. Volvo V40, 2004. 1.9L. 55k miles. Would you say, from the video, that this is a starter issue? I have no access to the car for now; she is 200 miles away so "troubleshooting" is basically limited to this video. I cut the video for size, but she tried 1 or 2 more times before she was able to start it. It makes the same noise everytime on previous attempts. This behavior started this week.
I would like to have your opinion before I start throwing parts at it. Could this be something else than the starter?
