ECC temperature problem

ECC temperature problem
Hi!
I have a 2002 V40.
When my car get up towork temperature the heat from the ECC system stops, I just get cold air, it happens suddenly as the engine temp reach normal working temp.
ECC heats as usual up to that point.
Blower works fine all the time.
When I set the "controller" to max temp the fan speeds up as usual, but there is only cold air flowing..
Anyone have a clue to where the problem might be?
