hesitation
My v40 has a problem, when i start it and put it is gear it hesitates the first time i step on the gas, and then once warm it does not happen .... I have replaced the fuel filter and the cam position sensor, I was baffled and now my mecanic is as well, any ideas?

It could be anything. I suggest that you have a visit to a local auto parts shop where they provide free diagnostic service, and have the codes read. Tell them to give you the code & brief description that appears on the scanner and then post them here, if you would.
The V-series forums seem to be rather quiet. If you do not get replies within a day or two, try posting questions in the "General Volvo Chat" forum.
I hope this gets you started.
