Hi

I have a v40 S519 AVV 2L Turbo Automatic. The garage are trying to change the fuel pressure regulator but the cup it sits in has corroded beyond repair and they can't fit it. They said if they could get a new fuel rail part 9180984 then they could change it but volvo no longer stock this. Without it the car is toast and i love that car! Anyone got one or know when i can get one? I've looked online for ages. i believe the actual part that has corroded is part 9189279.

did you try some of the dealer web stores like Tascaparts.com or volvopartswarehouse.com?

 

Thanks for your reply. I just tried them and no joy. It seems impossible to find. Sad volvo dont keep parts provision going.
