Found this sitting down below my battery. Any idea what it is?

its your battery clamp. It fits over the lip of the battery and battery tray to hold down the battery. Kind of goes an inch or two from the left on the front of the battery.

Thanks, must not fit on my current battery. There doesn't seem to be anywhere to attach it. Also must be why the battery is held down by a rubber bungee cord.
