My wife has a V50 T5 2007...is there no way to have a audible sound (beep) when you activate or deactivate the factory security alarm..? My wife says there is no option to change this...only lights flash and the LED blinks...

 

Yeah Volvo doesn't have an audible alarm activate/deactivate alarm sound. You would have to figure a way to tie it in woth the horn.

 

that's what I thought.....but I'd rather find some type of after market horn that would only make a slight audible notification rather than a loud horn honk.....I'm sure there's something out there....it's just the matter of searching for it....
