When you lock the doors using the remote, the lights will flash, but is there any way to make the horn sound as well??

I often thought about this, it seems it wouldn't be hard to install some kind of chirp. I wish it did chirp so I can have insurance the car is locked as I walk away. Actually, then the wife wont keep asking, did you lock it, did you lock it?

 

I miss the chirp that a second lock attempt gives on other makes/vehicles. I am also surprised that the doors do not "auto-lock" when a certain speed is reached, a nice feature in ther makes as well.

 

Check your owner's manual, you can set the car to "auto-lock" upon launch. I forget the procedure, but you have to put the key at position 1 or 2 and press the lock button. The message display will guide you. Good luck
