Hi, I am new in this forum. It's rain season here in Northern California. For the past month, whenever it rains, rain water will drip through the side wall, right above the left footrest and eventually puddles in drivers side floor. It has become a nuisance since the floor is soaking wet and I am concerned that area will develop mold over time.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? And if you do, what might be the cause and the remedy for the problem?

I appreciate your help.

 

Do you have a sun roof? If so, the drain may be clogged.

If you have a sun roof you might want to have your dealer check the sun roof cassette. Mine had a defect which cost me $2400 to fix!! Volvo will not cover it even though it is a defect in their product.
