Default V50 stock, looking to improve performance.

2005 T5 V50. 126,xxx.

Recently had a CEL error and misfire in cylinder 3. It hasn't seemed as responsive since.
Is there anything I should look into replacing or have looked at?

Or wondering if there is any simple ways to help boost acceleration or improve performance without breaking the bank.

Thanks

What was replaced to correct the mis-fire?

Turbo control valve, coil packs, general maintenance (plugs, air filter).

Ignition coil in cylinder 3 was replaced, however it didn't turn my CEL off until a week later when I had to knock loose my steering lock mechanism and happened to unplug the battery terminal causing a reset.(wish I would of thought of that sooner) After that it has been running better but during the week of misfire it was over heating and bogging with rough idles. I noticed it still fires up a little shaky just for a moment.
Thinking I need to do some sort of flush or filter replacements?
Should I be replacing all my ignition coils at this point?
Spark plugs possibly?

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated!!

Just started her up and CEL light came on blinking with the car/engine shaking and idling rough. It stayed shaky all the way home from work (about 3 1/2 miles), got home and turned it off. checked fluids, all fine. Started up again with a solid CEL light for about 2 seconds then went away, still rough idle but it was less shaky then the first time.
Possible misfiring still?
I am freaking out that it might be something larger going on if anyone has any ideas please let me know!
