Default V50 Wagon Front End vibration when accelerating

When accelerating from standstill there is a heavy vibration in the front end of the car that disappears after the car gets to third gear. When cruising the vibration doesn't exist. Ive fitted new tyres all round on the car, nothing changed. Anyone experienced this? Please help.
Regards NedKel

Yes, check CV joints and also motor mounts and lower control arm bushings.
