Volvo v 50 immobiliser try start
Please could you help a sick man with his volvo v50 with immobiliser try start i have tried everything also has a new battery and i don't have a lot of money i have put a message on Facebook but no one would help or answer hope someone can help me many thanks ROGER
measure the battery voltage to make sure its properly charged (should be 12.5V or more) or put some jumper cables to a running car to make sure the voltage is enough. The other possible fault is the key or ignition switch, so try a spare key if you have one. If you had tried to jump start the car previously, check fuses.
