Volvo V50 2.0D Turbo control faulty signal
Recently started to have an issue with my V50 2.0 diesel 2007. The car is very sluggish below 3000 rpm. Driving at highway for 3 hours straight and the throttle has no response at all. I also get engine check warnings quite often.
Friend of mine has vida diagnostic and it showed only one fault: ECM-2263 Turbo control faulty signal
By clicking on the error, it showed picture of turbo sensor (pressure transducer) so we replaced it. Drove it for a week and no change in performance. Run a diagnostic again, and the same error showed up, even though it was erased after replacement.
Could this be a broken wire issue, hole in a hose somewhere? Any help would be appreciated, no good volvo specialist in my area...
