Can you put v70R or C70 front bumper covers on a standard V70 non-turbo?

 

Yes you can. 1998 for sure will fit.

But 98-00 models should fit too.

 

Is there anything else to order i.e. brackets/grills etc or is it just the fog lights
Are there aftermarket suppliers or is this a volvo dealer or scrap yard purchase?
The stock bumper will not hold paint, I've had it repainted several times both by the dealer under warranty and by a body shop. Every time it keeps peeling up, without any impact or damage of that sort.
