Does anyone know the length and thread sizes of bolts required to fit a towbar to a 1998 V70? The towbar I have requires 2 bolts either side to the threads in the chassis, 1 nut and bolt each side from inside and an upright plate on the RHS to fit to the 2 existing nuts and bolts.

 

Hope I'm not steering you wrong.
My 04 - V70 hitch bolts are M12 x 1.75.
Maybe someone else can confirm if they are the same for the earlier years.
