Default 1998 v70 won't start

My uncles 98 V70 all of a sudden wont start. I have been poking around and reading a bunch and learning alot. He parked it for 2 days and went out to start in am and it just turns over
I have done a few things but am curious about 1 thing and what to check next
I removed the little valve stem cover and pushed on it while cranking and got lots of fuel coming out
The issue I have that am not sure of is
I metered the coil resistance from the two posts and it is about 1 ohm
I also checked for voltage on each stud of the coil an dont have any voltage at either stud on the coil
I also removed the red and blue wire and checked voltage at each and nothing
I checked for voltage at the harness that goes into the coil assembly and it appear to have voltage there
I tried running a positive lea from battery to coil as a jumper but nothing either
Any advise
Oh and it has a p0133 code

Hi and welcome to the site.

An o2 sensor code will not stop the car from starting.

Was the car running fine previous to it being parked?

Test for spark using an inductive tester, not the pull a wire method.

Test fuel pressure using a fuel pressure gauge.

Pull a plug and check for fuel.

so I managed to get the car running but im not sure exactly what the issue was with it. one at a time I removed each plug to check for spark and they all had spark. while the cover piece was off I removed the hose that goes into the head near the 2nd cylinder (PCV valve hose?) and with the hose off she started no problem. let it run for a bit and reinstalled the hose while engine running. Then I shut down engine and carried out a dozen successful starts and runs.
Is it more likely that removing and reinstalling the plugs corrected the non start issue or could that hose have caused the issue. One of the plug wires had some oil around it that i cleaned off but thats it.
at the end of all this I checked the codes again and I failed to write the code number down but I had a Mass air voltage low or something along those lines. I erased it before it clued into me that that could be relevant but I was too excited that the car was running at that time!

"or could that hose have caused the issue."

Nope, it only allows vapors to be drawn into the black box PCV and then drawn into the intake tube to be burned.
