Default 1998 Volvo V70 AWD Turbo OIL leak

So, I'm buying the car I was talking about yesterday. It was not a coolant leak like the owner said, it was an oil leak. It is coming from under the distributor cap. So I'm thinking camshaft seal/ distributor seat or worst case scenario, a valve cover gasket. What do you guys think? Anyone had this problem? Let me know what you guys think, thanks.

Sounds like a rear cam seal to me.

Wink

Would you happen to know of a good instructional DIY guide or book for this volvo? Haynes is okay but maybe something a little more involved? Maybe a free website
