I have purchased two service manuals on CD s, one from the east coast and one from the west coast. I can get either one loaded on the computer but cannot open either. I need a password which I cannot come up with.
These are both 2014 discs and appear to be original Volvo. I have tried phoning Volvo in the US three times. Each time I have been told to try another number, none of which seem to work. Been getting the pass the buck treatment. Tried phoning Canadian number, No one phoned back. Anyone out there have any advice? This info is for my own vehicle only. I don't work on any vehicles but my own, getting too damn old to do otherwise. Thanks in advance, Old Iron nut.

Further to the sellers on these cd's, they are : WIIBAYAUCTIONS in california and Dmaze4578@gmail.com in new Jersey. Both have extensive negative feedback on these cd's. I was unable to leave negative feedback with ebay on either of these two bandits. Dealing with ebay is like pulling teeth!
