1998 Volvo V70 T5
I found a beautiful 1998 T5 with 127,000 km ~ 78,000 miles. One owner with an extensive service history.
Downside is they want 10,500 cad.
What do you guys think? Is this a reasonable starting point, or should I be able to put in an offer for significantly less?
Thanks!

Saw no one responded, and I'm certainly no expert. Have owned and traded a lot of cars over past 20 years though, and suggest using two things as a starting point. Google the make and model and for sale and see what the asking prices range seems to be. Use KBB to support a benchmark price. "You get what YOU pay for" is true in that good research is rewarded. The same year and model will be out there in a wide range of conditions from rat project to garage queen. What you choose is subjective then based upon what you've learned and then know. And any car whatever the mileage and alleged condition can have issues. I've owned a luxury sedan from the showroom floor and 0 miles that at 60k had $3500 suspension issues for no apparent reason. No potholes, curbs, or other "hits", just a problem with no known apparent source. Have some theories on that, but did see and verify the suspension issue. Defect or dealer, point is that some of it is just unpredictable--stuff happens. Good luck.
