Default 2001 t5 turns over but won't start

Ran fine on the way to work, went to go to lunch and it wouldn't start. It turns over but won't start.

I checked the plugs and replaced them, checked the fuel filter and it's getting gas, check the fuses and they are fine, hooked up a code reader and it does not display any codes.

Help!!! what next?

OK, you say you changed the plugs, but did you check to see if you are getting spark out of the coil, or at the plugs? Not sure of your system, my '98 still has a single coil. If no spark, distributor components, or the ECU are were you need to start looking. On some older Volvo's I've run into a little device called a power boost module which mounts to the fender well and is in-line with the distributor. They can become intermittent, which is always the hardest thing to find. Good Luck!
