Are 850 & V70 front brake calipers the same?

Are 850 & V70 front brake calipers the same?

1999 V70 normally aspirated, 15" wheels and I've got a problem with the pins and rubber sleeves sticking in hot weather!
I can get an 850 caliper overhaul kit, but are 850 calipers the same as V70s?

As long as it is from a 98,99 or 2000 car yes it is the same.
