98 V70 buzzing below passenger headlight

98 V70 buzzing below passenger headlight

Hi,
When I turn the key on, something starts buzzing just below the passenger headlight, it is connected to an orange 3 wire plug. Disconnecting the plug doesn't have an apparant effect anything other than to stop that buzzing.

What is it?

Sounds like headlight wiper motor is bad.
