98 v70 hard start(restart) after engine warm

My 98 V70 is sometimes hard to restart after running the car around for 10-15mins then shutting it off for about 5 mins. It cranks and cranks before finally firing up.

Sounds like a fuel pressure issue to me. When was the last tune up? Spark plugs, wires, rotor, distributor cap?
